5 Tips for Cooking on a Charcoal Grill
I love my gas grill very much. It is a quick, easy, and convenient method for outdoor cooking. I generally cook with gas during the week simply because it's fast. Cooking with charcoal grills generally adds 20-30 minutes to the cooking time simply because it takes time for the fire to get hot.
