Up until 2009 at the age of 42, I was in what I consider to be the best shape of my life. I felt good both mentally and physically. I enjoyed life. Since then, I've gone though a number of rather large changes in my life. I had a new baby, and quit my job to start a new business. These are the good things.
But...starting a business in a bad economy wasn't a great decision. I worked endlessly, and pretty much forgot all about exercise in the interim. Suddenly, I was constantly under a lot of stress,
