I have a Brinkmann Pitboss Pro. and I'm having trouble with the balance of heat. The side closest to the fire box is much hotter than the side near the chimney. Is there a way to balance it?

Answer by B-NotableNo, the firebox side will always be hotter, you just have to rotate whatever you're smoking. I have the same one and same issue, I just try to get the smoke side to 225 in the middle. It would be nice if someone made a
