Question by Pink, it's my new Obsession: Hubby got a BBQ / Smoker, we need recipes for smoked stuff!?
If we don't get some good recipes quick, he's going to start smoking everything. We have a good brisket recipe, but would like to make smoked salmon, and whatever else is yummy smoked. He's in love with this new thing and will be trying to make smoked grilled cheese sandwiches soon if I don't think of something else he can smoke! Good BBQ recipes are also appreciated! Thanks!
