So for those that follow my videos I'm going to be doing some competition bbq this year with a friend. So we had to go out and get a charcoal smoker to practice on as they don't allow gas or electric in competition. The Brinkmann side box is not the best, but for the money it is perfect for us. I'm showing some modifications I knew I was going to need to do to make it run efficiently. Glad youtube is around to show me how to do it.
