Answer by roadhunterWrap them in foil and cook at 350 degrees for an hour, then remove the foil, and place a tray of wood chips (hickory, pecan, oak, or any fruit wood such as apple or peach) in the smoker, and just let them smoke for about 20 minutes.
If you don't have them in foil for the first hour, they will get too smoky.
