Question by k.paulson: How can I speed up cooking pork bbq?
Dinner is planned for 7 people in two hours. The BBQ has been cooking for three hours, but it won't be done by dinner. Is there any way I can speed up the cooking by putting it on the stove or something? Please help.

Answer by TX2stepNot the stove... but you could put in a roasting pan on a rack; cover tightly with foil with about 1/2" water in the bottom, and oven roast it at about 350...
