Question by Lighthouse Nut: We bartered and got us a huge smoker. Can we use wild cherry wood to smoke chicken.?
We have pecan which I know we can use. But we have never smoked any thing before. Husband just wanted to try some chicken in it. It is a huge smoker used a restaurant. But he wants to try it out.
Please note this is WILD CHERRY wood I said no because if a cow eats it it will kill them. HELP
