Question by Overlord Orochi: How do i build the smoker unit for an electric smoker?
This is for my senior project and i cant find anything about how to actually make the unit on the web i always get how to build a smoke house.

Answer by sensible_manThe "smoker unit" is nothing more than a metal pan that holds the wood type you want to flavor the cooked product with. You soak the wood chips in water for about an hour, place the metal container with the chips in it on the electric element.
